Overview

ALE, the Association of Legislative Employees, is the New York City Council staff union and the largest legislative union in the country. I was hired to be ALE's Social Media Manager to rejuvenate their social media feeds and freshen up their branding.

Approach

I curated a new, more vibrant color palette, redesigned the union's logo to be responsive, and used data visualization and new brand guidelines to activate ALE's members to picket and organize for living wages and fair treatment.
